01Programmes

Three tracks. Nine programmes.

Every programme here is written for one person after a conversation, which is why none of them can be bought from this page. Read what each track is for, then book the consult that decides which one you are actually on.

Strength

Strength is the one thing in a gym you can argue with. Either the weight went up or it did not, and the whole block is built around making sure it does — one lift at a time, with the accessory work chosen to fix whatever is holding that lift back rather than to fill an hour.

Take one on its own if there is a lift you have been stuck on for a year, or run one alongside a hypertrophy block when you want the number to move without losing the size you have built.

03Building muscle

Hypertrophy

Muscle is a volume problem before it is anything else: enough hard sets, taken close enough to failure, often enough, on a body part recovered enough to take them. Most training misses on one of those four and nobody notices for months. These programmes count all four for you.

Full body if you are in the gym two or three times a week; a split if you are there four or more. The custom programme is the one written from scratch around your schedule, the equipment you actually have and whatever your body is currently unhappy about.

From £300.00

Full Body Programme

Two or three sessions a week, everything trained every time.

£300.00

Split Programme

Four or more sessions a week, split so each part gets a proper share.

£300.00

Custom Programme

Written from nothing around your week, your kit and your history.

04Conditioning and food

Weight loss

Weight loss is the phrase everybody searches for. Fat loss is the thing worth having, and the difference between them is whether you still have the muscle at the end. That comes down to eating enough protein, lifting heavily enough to justify keeping what you have, and not cutting so hard that the training falls apart in week three.

These are the conditioning and food pieces that sit alongside the lifting: intervals short enough to recover from, steady work that does not eat your legs before a squat session, and diet guidance you could actually keep to on a normal week.

From £100.00

Interval Training

Hard, short and finished — conditioning that does not cost you the lifting.

£100.00

Boost Your Cardio

Building the engine underneath everything else, from wherever it is now.

£100.00

Diet Tips

What to eat around training, in a form you can follow on a Tuesday.

One to one

A programme on paper only works if the reps on the floor look like the reps in the plan. One-to-one sessions are where that gets sorted: the setup, the bracing, the bar path, the pace — the things you cannot see yourself doing and a mirror will not tell you.

It is also where the plan gets honest. If a session is going badly there is somebody there to change it on the spot rather than three weeks later when the block is reviewed.

What it costs

Priced after the consult. How often you train and how long each session runs changes the answer, and a number quoted before that conversation would be wrong for most people.

Next

Not sure which one? That is the consult.

Most people arrive wanting two of the three at once. Say what you are after and what your week allows, and you will get a straight answer about where to start.
