Personal training

Stronger every day. Fitter for life.

Cevili is coaching for people who want the work to add up: a programme written for one person, sessions coached in the room, and a load that moves because somebody is watching what it does.

01The work

Training that adds up

Most training fails quietly. Nothing gets written down, nothing gets progressed, and six months later the same weight is on the bar and the same excuse is doing the work.

Every programme here starts from what you can already do and where you want to get to, and then it is written down — the lifts, the sets and reps, the weight to start at and the rule for adding to it. You are not deciding what to do while standing in front of a rack.

The coaching is one to one, so technique gets fixed while it is still cheap to fix, and the plan changes when your week does. A bad fortnight is a reason to rewrite a block, not a reason to start again in January.

01

Muscle building

Hypertrophy work built around the lifts that give the most back, run in blocks where the volume climbs week to week instead of sitting still.

02

Weight loss

Conditioning and food alongside the lifting, arranged so the weight that comes off is fat rather than the muscle you spent a year building.

03

One to one

Sessions coached in the room: your technique, your loading, your pace, and somebody counting the reps that actually count.

02Programmes

Three tracks. Nine programmes.

Pick the track that matches what you are after and the programme that matches how much of your week is honestly available. Every one of them is written for one person, and every one starts with a consult.

03Method

Four steps, and you only book the first

Nothing here begins with a direct debit. It begins with a conversation about what you want, what you have already tried, and what your week actually looks like.

Progress

04Measured

Progress is a number, not a feeling

Everybody feels stronger in week two. The only question worth asking is what has actually moved by week ten, and that is answerable only if somebody wrote it down in week one.

So the numbers are kept, the block gets reviewed against them, and the next one is written from what they say. Not from what the last programme happened to be called.

One conversation, and you will know what this looks like for you

Tell us what you are after and what your week allows. You will get back a straight answer about which track fits, what it would involve, and what it costs.
